Shipping

All pieces are carefully packaged and shipped from Canada.

Orders are typically processed within 7-10 business days unless otherwise stated. Custom and made-to-order pieces may require additional production time depending on the complexity of the design.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Domestic Shipping (Canada)

  • Shipping within Canada is available via tracked and insured delivery services.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on province and carrier conditions.
  • Signature confirmation may be required for higher-value orders.

International Shipping

International shipping is available to selected countries.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees charged by their country.
  • Delivery times may vary due to customs processing.
  • Certain regions may experience delays outside our control.

For security reasons, some high-value orders may require additional verification before shipment.


Returns & Exchanges

Because many pieces are made to order or produced in limited quantities, we ask that you review your purchase carefully before placing an order.

Eligible Returns

Ready-to-ship items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery if:

  • the item is unworn and unused,
  • returned in original packaging,
  • and in the same condition in which it was received.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item has been inspected.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom or personalized jewelry
  • Made-to-order pieces
  • Resized rings
  • Engraved items
  • Special orders
  • Sale or discounted items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • your order number,
  • photographs of the item and packaging,
  • and a brief description of the issue.

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

For your protection, we recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we cannot guarantee responsibility for returns lost in transit.


Custom Work

Custom projects are created specifically for each client and therefore are non-refundable once production has begun.

We work closely with clients throughout the design process to ensure all important details are approved before manufacturing.
